Description
Large 5 bedroom villa with private pool overlooking the seaside village of Foz do Arelho. Perfect for large groups or multiple families. The villa is just 10 minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants.
The villa has a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with hydro-massage bath. There is also one double bedroom and a further 3 twin bedrooms, in addition to a young children's playroom with two pull out beds.
There is a substantial kitchen as well as a large living room and dining
area, with dining table to seat 10.
The property has an extensive garden area with gated private pool perfectly safe for small children. The rooftop terrace with views of Foz lagoon and the Atlantic ocean is perfect for evening barbecues whilst watching the spectacular sunset.
Please note that due to nearby construction on the plot opposite the advertised prices for Villa dom Fernando have been discounted for any bookings for 2008. The plot is located on the opposite side of the house from the pool area and any noisy outside construction should be finished in time for summer 2008. Location
The Villa sits on a hill overlooking the seaside village of Foz do Arelho, a small beach resort located at the mouth of the Obidos Lagoon and adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean. The calm waters of the Lagoon are perfect for sailing, windsurfing and swimming whilst the more lively Atlantic Ocean provides a surfers paradise. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shops.
A 10 minute drive inland is Caldas Da Rainha. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars. A further 10 minutes away is the historical gem, Obidos.
Lisbon is 1 hours drive and the number 1 golf course in Portugal, Praia D’El Rey, is a 30 minute drive.
