Description
Brand new for 2010, Villa Laguna is a bright and airy villa . It is part of a small development of contemporary design villas close to the Obidos lagoon and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Beautifully furnished in a modern style, the open plan living room has comfortable seating for six with two large sofas. There is a TV, DVD and CD player. The dining area is to one side of the living room. There is a fully fitted, open plan kitchen looking out to the back garden. The whole of the ground floor living space has pale floor tiles and furniture and floor to ceiling windows, making this a light, airy living space.
There is one double bedroom on the ground floor, fully fitted with wardrobes and bed side tables and direct access to the garden and pool. There is a separate shower room. Open plan stairs lead from the living room to the first floor. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a wooden floor with its own en-suite bathroom. There is a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and wooden floors also with an en-suite shower-room. Both of the first floor bedrooms have their own terrace.
Outside the garden is mainly lawn and you have your own private swimming pool. There are sun loungers and a table and chairs. This is an ideal place to relax and enjoy that first glass of complimentary champagne after your journey.

Location
Villa Laguna is only a few minutes walk from the Obidos Lagoon and a ten minute drive from the famous Praia Del Rey golf course. Peniche is a twenty minute drive away and is a great place to eat fresh fish cooked over a barbecue down by the quay side. There is a five star Marriott hotel on the Praia D'el Rey golf course along with a club house which is open to the public.
A 20 minute drive along the coast is the resort and fishing port of Baleal and Peniche, famous for its surfing and fish restaurants respectively. Obidos is a 15 minute drive away and Caldas Da Rainha is 20 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.
