    Description

    A lovely two bedroomed town house offering superb accommodation on the Praia D'el Rey Golf Course. The town house faces towards the sea offering magnificent views over the swimming pool, golf course and to the Atlantic Ocean.

    The entrance hall leads to a fully equipped kitchen including a washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. There is a ground floor bathroom with shower. The living/dining room has seating for four at the dining table and a comfortable sofa and chairs in front of the satellite TV, DVD and CD/radio.

    An open plan staircase leads off the living room to the first floor master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and views over the golf course from the private terrace. There is also a twin bedroom and a fully fitted bathroom on the first floor. There is a good size shared swimming pool within the beautiful landscaped gardens.

    There is also a downstairs terrace leading from the living room, with table, chairs and a barbecue which overlook the pool, golf course and the sea.

    Casa das Flores is less than 5 minutes walk to the five-star Marriot Hotel and about ten minutes walk to the Club house.

    A 15 minute drive along the coast is the resort and fishing port of Baleal and Peniche famous for its fish restaurants. Obidos is a 20 minute drive and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.

    Lisbon is only a 1 hour drive away.
