Description
Beautiful, bright 4 bedroom villa, Casa Bougainvillea, is a "Portuguese cottage set in a mature landscaped garden on one of the larger plots of Praia del Rey golf resort".
Designed to always bring the outdoors -in, the lounge, kitchen and three of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom, have patio doors that open onto the garden and heated pool.
The villa has been recently refurbished to the highest standards and boasts Italian stone floor tiles, a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, modern bathrooms with hand made tiles and walk-in showers, light
wood carpentry throughout and a Moleanos stone staircase. There is also a large daylight basement which has the 4th & 5th bedrooms. The 5th bedroom has a projector & cinema screen to watch DVDs or to let the kids play in whilst you relax in the sun. Outside there is a large 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with sunloungers and garden furniture and two BBQs for outdoor dining.
Catering for parties of up to 8 people, this villa is ideal for a fun packed activity holiday or just relaxing in calm, tranquil surroundings.

Just minutes walk from the beach, Club house, children's playground and the 5 star Marriott Hotel & Spa, the villa is centrally located yet offers peace and relaxation.
A 15 minute drive along the coast is the resort and fishing port of Baleal and Peniche famous for its fish restaurants. Obidos is a 20 minute drive and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.
Lisbon is only a 1 hour drive away.
