    Description

    This brand new, luxury first floor apartment has views over the resort of Sao Martinho Do Porto, which is renowned for it's perfect shell shaped bay. It is located in a newly completed condominium. It shares, along with neighbouring apartments, a swimming pool and communal lounge area with terrace and use of further sun loungers.

    It has two bedrooms and a sofa bed, sleeping up to six persons. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the use of a hairdryer. There is a fully fitted, marble finished, bathroom with "his and hers" wash hand basins, bath, and a walk in shower. The twin bedroom has the use of a separate rainforest shower room.

    The spacious lounge/dining area comes with seating for up to six people and has a wide screen TV, complete with DVD player for guests use. The modern, fully fitted kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, tower oven, gas hob and microwave. There is air conditioning, surround sound and electric blackout blinds throughout.     Location

    The apartment building is located in the beautiful town of Sao Martinho Do Porto and it's only a five minute walk to the family friendly beach in the beautiful sheltered bay at Sao Martinho with its safe sandy beach, small supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. The calm waters of the Bay are perfect for sailing, windsurfing and swimming. In the resort there are a number of restaurants and bars with superb views across the bay.

    A 15 minute drive along the coast is the beach resort of Foz Do Arelho, where the more lively Atlantic Ocean provides a surfers paradise. Foz do Arelho is located at the mouth of the Obidos Lagoon and has many restaurants and bars. Caldas Da Rainha is a ten minute drive inland. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, supermarkets, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars. A further 10 minutes away is the historical gem, Obidos.

    Lisbon is a one hour drive on the A8 motorway and the number one golf course in Portugal, Praia d'el Rey, and the Bom Sucesso design resort golf course are a 30 minute drive. There is also the Golden Eagle near Santarem and Como Real near Torres Vedras. Porto Airport is approximately 2 and a half hours drive.
