    Description
    This is a 3 bedroom villa with private pool on Praia d’el Rey Golf Course.

    The Master bedroom has a king size bed and ample wardrobes with french doors leading to the balcony. There is an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, wc, bidet, sink and large mirror. There are also two additional twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with bath / shower, WC and washbasin with large mirror. Also available is a hair dryer, cot and highchair.

    There is a modern kitchen with granite work tops and all the usual appliances and cooking utensils. Appliances include cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, blender and kettle.

    The spacious open plan lounge and dining room has french doors which lead to the patio. There is an armchair and L shaped sofa, dining table with seating for 6, TV with cable channels, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, Playstation 2 with games and CD player. The villa is fully central heated with constant hot water.

    French doors lead from the lounge to the patio area which is furnished with large table with chairs, a parasol and BBQ. The garden has its own pool and is surrounded by a hedge, making it secluded and private. There are two sun loungers and a hammock in the pool area. Private driveway to the side of the villa.

    Please note that although the villa is fully secluded from an undeveloped plot next door, some building materials are being stored on this plot. This should not impose any unpleasantness during your stay, however, for this reason the prices have been discounted by 20% throughout the year.

    Location

    The villa is very close to the tennis courts and shops and is only a five minute walk from the club house, where there is an excellent bar and restaurant. All the other facilities of the Praia d'el Rey golf resort are close at hand, including the 5 star Marriott hotel, golf course, driving range and beach.

    A 15 minute drive along the coast from the villa is the surfing resort of Baleal and the fishing port of Peniche, famous for its fish restaurants. Historical, medieval Obidos is a 20 minute drive and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.

    Lisbon is 1 hours drive.
